摘要

食品安全检测前处理技术对于确保食品安全至关重要.随着科技的不断进步,前处理技术也在不断发展,以提高检测的准确性和效率.本文研究了近年来食品安全检测前处理技术的研究进展,包括样品制备、提取和净化等方面.通过对不同技术的比较和分析,总结了各自的优缺点,并探讨了未来的发展趋势.

Abstract

The pretreatment technology of food safety testing is very important to ensure food safety.With the continuous advancement of technology,pretreatment technology is also constantly evolving to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.In this paper,the research progress of pre-treatment technology for food safety testing in recent years was reviewed,including sample preparation,extraction and purification.Through the comparison and analysis of different technologies,the advantages and disadvantages of each are summarized,and the future development trend is discussed.
