随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,西餐烹饪在我国逐渐受到重视.西餐烹饪技艺复杂,传统的教学方法难以完全满足现代教育的需求.职业院校作为培养技能型人才的摇篮,亟需一种高效、生动且实践性强的教学方法来提高西餐烹饪专业学生的菜肴制作技能.本文旨在通过虚拟现实技术,为学生提供一个逼真的烹饪环境,使其能够在虚拟空间中模拟西式菜肴的制作过程,从而更加深入地理解和掌握西式菜肴的制作技艺.
Exploration on The application of Virtual Simulation Cooking Operating System in Western Cuisine Teaching in Vocational Schools
With the development of China's social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,western cuisine has been paid more and more attention in our country.Western cooking techniques are complicated,and traditional teaching methods can not fully meet the needs of modern education.As the cradle of training skilled talents,vocational colleges need an efficient,vivid and practical teaching method to improve the cooking skills of Western cuisine students.This paper aims to provide students with a realistic cooking environment through virtual reality technology,so that they can simulate the making process of Western dishes in the virtual space,so as to better understand and master the making skills of western dishes.
