Application and Challenge of Intelligent Supervision in Improving Food Safety of Online Delivery Platform
With the rapid development of online delivery platforms in the food field,intelligent supervision,as a new supervision method,is widely used in improving food safety,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry.However,despite the widespread application of smart regulatory technology in cold chain logistics,there are still some challenges and problems.This paper will deeply explore the application of intelligent supervision in improving food safety of online delivery platforms,analyze the challenges it faces,and analyze from different angles,and propose corresponding solutions.
