摘要

食品是民生之本,食品安全关系到人民的生命安全和身体健康,关系到经济的发展和社会的稳定.食品安全控制对于提高食品的质量,改善生产工艺,保证食品的安全性起着十分重要的作用.食品安全控制体系能够为食品企业提供全方位的支持,有助于提升我国食品安全风险防控水平,保障我国人民群众的健康与安全,推动我国食品产业可持续发展.

Abstract

Food is the foundation of people's livelihood,and food safety is related to people's life safety and health,economic development and social stability.Food safety control plays a very important role in improving food quality,improving production technology and ensuring food safety.The food safety control system can provide all-round support for food enterprises,help to improve the level of food safety risk prevention and control in China,ensure the health and safety of the people in China,and promote the sustainable development of China's food industry.
