Teaching Reform and Practice of Food Instrument Analysis Technology Course in Higher Vocational Colleges
Under the premise of deepening the reform of vocational education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training,the teaching reform of the course is carried out in order to promote the course construction and improve the teaching effect of food instrument analysis technology.Based on the concept of"action orientation,combination of virtuality and reality,and integration of lessons and competitions",this paper analyzes the current situation of course teaching,proposes the effective integration of course content with ideology and politics,the construction of online and offline teaching resources combining virtuality and reality,and the establishment and construction of teaching design and process evaluation system measures of"three stages and six links"to achieve effective teaching of detection skills training.
