食品检验检测质量管理中存在问题与应对策略

摘要
伴随着现代化社会的蓬勃发展,食品安全问题日益突出,给社会经济的平稳运行及公众安全造成了一定的威胁,因此有必要实施食品检验检测工作,为食品安全提供保障.本文通过分析食品检验检测质量管理中存在的问题与应对策略,提出了加强检测人员专业队伍建设、充分发挥数字化技术的作用、构建多样化的食品检验模式以及建立健全食品检验监管制度等解决措施,以促进食品检验检测工作的高质量发展.
Abstract
With the vigorous development of modern society,food safety problems are becoming increasingly prominent,which poses a certain threat to the smooth operation of social economy and public safety.By analyzing the existing problems and countermeasures in the quality management of food inspection and testing,this paper puts forward solutions such as strengthening the construction of professional inspection personnel,giving full play to the role of digital technology,constructing diversified food inspection modes,and establishing and perfecting food inspection and supervision system,so as to promote the high-quality development of food inspection and testing.
