摘要
本文从食品检测专业技术管理人员的角度出发,结合具体食品检测工作实践,重点介绍了集体用餐配送单位实验室的质量标准,并分析了其中的主要管理内容和重点管理要求.对食品安全管理工作具有一定的借鉴和指导意义.
Abstract
From the perspective of professional technical management personnel of food testing,combined with specific food testing practice,this paper mainly introduces the quality standards of the laboratory of collective dining distribution unit,and analyzes the main management contents and key management requirements.It has certain reference and guiding significance for food safety management.
