Application of Membrane Technology in Food Industry and Its Influence on Food Quality
Membrane technology can effectively improve food quality and food safety to a certain extent.This paper takes membrane technology as the research object and focuses on its practical application in food industry.The application of membrane technology in food industry was discussed from three aspects:microfiltration,ultrafiltration and nanofiltration.At the same time,the specific effects of membrane technology on maintaining food nutrition,improving food safety and optimizing sensory quality were analyzed.This study aims to provide technical support for the food industry and provide consumers with better quality and safe food choices.
