Application of Multi-Sensor Fusion Technology in Food Processing Control System
In today's industrial control systems,multi-sensor fusion technology is getting more and more attention due to the improvement of system accuracy and reliability potential.Based on multi-sensor fusion technology,this study analyzes the application in the field of food processing,with special attention to the selection and fusion strategy of temperature,humidity,pressure and pH sensors.The fusion method of data layer,feature layer and decision layer is emphasized to improve the efficiency of data processing and accuracy of decision making.Research shows that reasonable sensor selection and fusion strategies can significantly improve the standards of food processing safety and quality control.
