摘要

在当今工业控制系统中,多传感器融合技术因系统精度和可靠性潜力的提高而日益受到关注.本研究基于多传感器融合技术,分析了在食品加工领域中的应用,特别关注温度、湿度、压力以及pH值等传感器的选择与融合策略.并着重分析采用数据层、特征层和决策层融合方法,提升了数据处理的效率和决策的准确性.研究表明,合理的传感器选择和融合策略能显著提高食品加工安全性和质量控制的标准.

Abstract

In today's industrial control systems,multi-sensor fusion technology is getting more and more attention due to the improvement of system accuracy and reliability potential.Based on multi-sensor fusion technology,this study analyzes the application in the field of food processing,with special attention to the selection and fusion strategy of temperature,humidity,pressure and pH sensors.The fusion method of data layer,feature layer and decision layer is emphasized to improve the efficiency of data processing and accuracy of decision making.Research shows that reasonable sensor selection and fusion strategies can significantly improve the standards of food processing safety and quality control.
