Research on Grain Inspection Technology and Quality Control
At present,the problem of food safety has attracted much attention,strengthening food inspection work,using advanced technical methods to ensure the authenticity and reliability of inspection results is an effective measure to ensure food security.This paper discusses the implementation significance of grain inspection,and points out several kinds of grain inspection technologies commonly used in relevant work,including toxin inspection technology,transgenic grain inspection technology,drug residue inspection technology,biological pollution inspection technology.Based on the analysis of the key points and processes of grain inspection and quality control,the optimization strategy of grain inspection and quality control was put forward to ensure grain quality and safety,standardize grain production behavior,and optimize the agricultural industry layout.
