The Use and Safety Assessment of Food Additives in Baking Processes
Baking food is one of the common foods in people's daily lives,and the application of food additives in baking technology has become an indispensable part.The use of food additives aims to improve product quality,extend shelf life,and improve taste,but their safety has attracted widespread attention.This article aims to provide a systematic review of commonly used food additives and their safety assessments in baking processes,analyze the impact of food additive use on the quality of baked goods and consumer health,explore current safety assessment methods and existing problems,and propose relevant regulatory recommendations.
