Application of Food Standardization in Food Quality and Safety Management
This paper studies the application and influence of food standardization in food quality and safety management.Through the standardization of food production processes,the formulation and implementation of food quality standards,standardized food inspection and monitoring technology,and the standardization of food packaging and labeling,it provides a strong technical support and management guarantee for food quality and safety.Practice shows that food standardization not only improves the standardization and controllability of food production process,strengthens food quality monitoring and risk assessment,but also optimizes the food inspection and monitoring system,and guarantees fair competition in the food market and the rights and interests of consumers.At the same time,food standardization has significantly improved the level of food quality and safety,reduced the incidence of food safety accidents,enhanced consumer confidence and market competitiveness,and promoted the sustainable development of the food industry.
