Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Food Traceability System in Food Safety Supervision and Regulation
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of food traceability system in food safety supervision and its effect evaluation.By outlining the basic concept of food traceability system and its importance in food safety supervision,the specific application of food traceability system in food safety supervision is analysed in detail.By way of case study,the application effect of food traceability system is evaluated and suggestions for improvement are made.
