摘要
本文深入探讨了当前农产品质量安全监管面临的挑战和问题,包括监管体系不足、基层监管力量薄弱、事后监管缺失以及社会监督体系不完善等.针对这些问题,提出了加强法规建设与执行、强化生产销售全链条监管、提升检验检测能力以及构建产地准出与追溯管理制度等对策.
Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the current challenges faced by the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products,including the inadequacy of the regulatory system,the weakness of the grassroots supervision force,the lack of post-event supervision,and the imperfection of the social supervision system.In view of these problems,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction and implementation of laws and regulations,strengthen the supervision of the whole chain of production and sales,improve the inspection and testing capabilities,and build a system of origin access and traceability management.
