摘要
食品加工过程中的食品安全问题主要包括原材料污染、加工过程中的污染和设备污染等,因此,要控制好食品加工过程中的食品安全问题,首先要保证原材料的质量和生产过程中设备的清洁卫生.本文介绍了影响食品加工过程中食品安全的主要因素,并对其产生的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的控制措施.
Abstract
Food safety problems in the process of food processing mainly include raw material pollution,pollution in the process of processing,equipment pollution,etc.Therefore,to control the food safety problems in the process of food processing,we must first ensure the quality of raw materials and the cleanliness of equipment in the production process.This paper introduces the main factors affecting food safety in food processing,analyzes the causes,and puts forward the corresponding control measures.
