为了解决国标方法对粮食中真菌毒素和农药残留识别技术复杂、耗时长的问题,本文通过将动态微波辅助萃取技术与QuEChERS净化技术相结合,研究了不同微波功率对真菌毒素和农药残留回收率的影响,并与国标方法进行实验对比,制定了高效可靠的真菌毒素和农药残留识别方法.
Application of Dynamic Microwave-Assisted Technology in the Identification of Mycotoxins and Pesticide Residues in Grain
In order to solve the problem of complex and time-consuming identification technology of mycotoxins and pesticide residues in grain in the national standard method,this paper combined dynamic microwave-assisted extraction technology with QuEChERS purification technology,and the influence of different microwave power on the recovery rate of mycotoxins and pesticide residues was studied,and the experiment was compared with the national standard method.An efficient and reliable method for identifying mycotoxins and pesticide residues was developed.
