Study on the Detection Method of Tea Residue Based on Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
The detection of tea residue is very important to protect the health of consumers and the sustainable development of tea industry.Atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been widely used in the field of tea residue analysis because of its high sensitivity and selectivity. However, the complex tea matrix effect, complicated sample pretreatment and serious spectral interference greatly restrict the detection performance of this method.Based on the in-depth analysis of the key problems faced by atomic fluorescence method in the detection of agricultural residues in tea,the matrix matching technology to improve the detection sensitivity, the fast and simple sample pretreatment method, and the chemical modification and spectral separation strategy to eliminate spectral interference are discussed in this paper,in order to provide references for the technical progress in this field.
