随着人们对食品安全问题的日益关注,食品分析检测技术在保障食品质量和安全方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.本文探讨色谱技术和光谱技术在食品分析检测中的应用及其重要性.通过详细介绍色谱技术中的高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、光谱技术中的紫外可见光谱法、红外光谱法等在食品成分分析、添加剂检测和有害物质筛查等方面的具体应用,阐述了这些技术的高效性、准确性和灵敏度.
Abstract
With people's increasing attention to food safety issues,food analysis and testing technology is playing a more and more important role in ensuring food quality and safety.This paper discusses the application and importance of chromatography and spectroscopy in food analysis and detection.Through the detailed introduction of high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy in food composition analysis,additive detection,harmful substance screening and other aspects,the high efficiency,accuracy and sensitivity of these technologies.
