向日葵叶醇提取物不同溶剂部位活性成分含量及抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性研究

用石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇对向日葵叶醇提取物进行萃取,测定不同萃取部位中总黄酮、总酚、总皂苷和绿原酸的含量,探究向日葵叶醇提取物不同部位的抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性(xanthine oxidase,XOD)的能力.石油醚部位,总皂苷和总黄酮含量最高,乙酸乙酯部位总酚含量最高,三氯甲烷部位的绿原酸含量最高且抑制XOD活性最佳.三氯甲烷部位经大孔树脂纯化后,70%乙醇部位抑制XOD活性最佳,且抑制类型为可逆性抑制.
Study on the Content of Active Components and Inhibition of Xanthine Oxidase Activity in Different Solvent Parts of Ethanol Part of Sunflower Leaves
Sunflower leaf alcohol extract was extracted with petroleum ether,trichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The contents of total flavonoids,total phenols,total saponins and chlorogenic acid in different extraction parts were determined,and the inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD)in different parts of sunflower leaf alcohol extract was investigated.The contents of total saponins and total flavonoids in petroleum ether were the highest.The content of total phenol in ethyl acetate was the highest.Chlorogenic acid content of trichloromethane was the highest and the activity of inhibiting XOD was the best.After the chloroform part was purified by macroporous resin,70%ethanol part had the best inhibitory activity on XOD,and the inhibitory type was reversible.
