Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)has high sensitivity and can accurately analyze trace additives in food,ensuring food safety.Based on this,this article outlines the basic structure and working principle of high-performance liquid chromatography,analyzes its specific application process in food detection,and verifies the efficiency and accuracy of high-performance liquid chromatography through relevant experiments,for reference.
