Determination of Ten Higher Alcohols and Esters in Green Plum Fruit Wine by Headspace Gas Chromatography with Internal Standard
Headspace-gas chromatography was applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of six higher alcohols and four esters in green plum wine.The results showed that the contents of 1-propanol,1-butanol,1-pentanol,2-butanol,2-methyl-1-propanol,3-methyl-1-butanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl butyrate,ethyl hexanoate and ethyl lactate are 1.84 mg·L-1,8.87 mg·L-1,14.12 mg·L-1,85.30 mg·L-1,24.02 mg·L-1 0.06 mg·L-1,0.14 mg·L-1 and 3.07 mg·L-1,respectively.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and internal standard method ensures the reliability and accuracy of the method.
