摘要

本文分析了样品前处理在理化检验中的重要性,并提出微波消解法、微波萃取法和固相萃取法等常见样品前处理方法在食品(药品)理化检验中的具体运用,以期结合实际情况,合理选择样品前处理方法,实现高效率、高精准度测定样品中目标物质,切实提升理化检验效率和检验结果准确性.

Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of sample pre-treatment in physical and chemical testing,and proposes the specific application of common sample pre-treatment methods such as microwave digestion,microwave extraction,and solid-phase extraction in food(drug)physical and chemical testing.The aim is to select sample pre-treatment methods reasonably based on actual situations,achieve efficient and high-precision determination of target substances in samples,and effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of physical and chemical testing results.
