摘要
广式凉茶属中草药复方制剂,具有多种功效,其中"泻火"效果备受关注.本文将总结和分析广式凉茶的配方以及现代药理学研究中关于其"泻火"作用的观点.从抗炎和抗氧化的角度来探讨凉茶"泻火"功效的有效性,并对传统医学与现代医学对于"上火"现象的解释进行探讨,旨在为未来广式凉茶的研究提供参考依据.
Abstract
Cantonese herbal tea belongs to the compound preparation of Chinese herbal medicine,which has multiple effects,among which the"fire purging"effect is highly concerned.This article will summarize and analyze the formula of Cantonese herbal tea and the views on its"fire reducing"effect in modern pharmacological research.Exploring the effectiveness of herbal tea in reducing fire from the perspectives of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties,and exploring the explanations of traditional and modern medicine for the phenomenon of excessive heat,aiming to provide reference for future research on Cantonese herbal tea.
