Analysis and Evaluation of Nutritional Components of Zingiber Striolatum in Different Areas of Guizhou Province
The purpose of this study is to determine the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,crude fat,vitamin A,vitamin C and zinc in Zingiber striolatum in Guizhou by Coomassie brilliant blue staining,Soxhlet extraction,atomic absorption spectrophotometry,kit and anthrone colorimetry.Membership function analysis and correlation analysis were carried out on Zingiber striolatum from different producing areas in Guizhou.To explore the differences of principal components of solar lotus in different producing areas of Guizhou,and summarize the characteristics of Zingiber striolatum planted in different producing areas of Guizhou.
