摘要
富硒农产品中常见的硒形态有 5 种,分别为硒代蛋氨酸、亚硒酸根、硒代胱氨酸、硒甲基硒代半胱氨酸和硒酸根.本文从有机硒的提取方法、检测方法两方面综述了近几年富硒农产品中有机硒形态分析领域所取得的进展,以期为富硒农产品中硒形态分析提供一定的参考.
Abstract
There are 5 kinds of organic selenium speciation in selenium-enriched agricultural products,namely SeMet,Se(Ⅳ),SeCys2,MeSeCys and Se(Ⅵ).This paper summarizes the progress of the analysis of organic selenium speciation in selenium-enriched agricultural products in recent years from the aspects of extraction method,separation and detection method,in order to provide some reference for the analysis of selenium speciation in selenium-enriched agricultural products.
