Research on the Current Status and Development Strategies of Poultry Food Traceability Based on Blockchain Technology
With the increase of people's attention to food safety issues,the previous food traceability system has exposed many limitations and is difficult to meet the actual needs of modern society.As an emerging technology,blockchain technology has a good application prospect in the field of poultry food traceability.Studying and improving the construction strategies of poultry meat traceability system based on blockchain technology can help improve the safety issues of poultry meat food,form new development ideas,further improve the information and intelligence level of the poultry food industry.In addition,the initiative will help build trust in the poultry food industry and increase consumer trust and satisfaction with products.Therefore,based on the current status of traceability of poultry food in China,this paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in the process of the construction of the traceability system of poultry food,and proposed and summarized the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of the traceability system of poultry food under blockchain technology,in order to provide references for the food safety and sustainable development of the poultry food industry in China.
