Discussion on Food Quality and Safety Management Issues and Solutions
With the increasing diversification of business models in the current food industry,the importance of food quality and safety issues is increasingly prominent.As a key link in ensuring food safety,grassroots market regulatory agencies should constantly improve the food quality and safety management mechanism to prevent and reduce potential risks to consumer health and legitimate rights caused by food quality and safety issues.This paper briefly discussed the importance of food quality and safety management in the context of the new era,based on practical management experience,analyze in depth the difficulty in tracing sources,frequent safety incidents,and insufficient construction of credit system in current food quality and safety management,and propose measures,in order to provide practical guidance and reference for improving regulatory efficiency.
