Overview of Condiment Quality and Safety Testing Technology
With the better of living standards,people's demands for food taste and safety are increasing,the quality and safety of seasonings are also highly valued.In this paper,the methods for determination of routine physical and chemical parameters,additives,contaminants,prohibited additives,pesticide residues and mycotoxins in condiments were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were summarized,the quality and safety detection technology of condiments was prospected.
