摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,以及人们生活节奏的不断加快,预制菜已经渗透到人们的生活中.本文阐述水产品预制菜产业发展现状,分析水产品预制菜加工中的质量安全问题,并提出解决对策,旨在为水产品预制菜产业高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of society and economy,as well as the accelerating pace of people's life,prefabricated dishes have penetrated into people's lives.This paper expounds the development status of prefabricated seafood dishes industry,analyzes the quality and safety problems in the processing of prefabricated seafood,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at providing reference for the high-quality development of prefabricated seafood dishes industry.
