The Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety in Prefabricated Dishes
With the acceleration of the pace of life,prefabricated dishes are widely welcomed by consumers due to their convenience,and the market size continues to grow.However,this emerging industry has many problems in food safety.Based on this,this article first provides an overview of prefabricated dishes,and then conducts an in-depth analysis of the current safety situation of prefabricated dishes.It finds that there are problems such as unclear sources of ingredients,unqualified packaging materials,excessive pesticide residues,improper use of additives,and non-standard meat product processing.Finally,it proposes solutions such as accelerating the construction of industry standard systems,strengthening food safety supervision,and paying attention to the application of food safety testing technology,in order to promote the healthy development of the prefabricated dishes industry and ensure the dietary safety of consumers.
