Analysis on Difficulties and Countermeasures of Determination of Aluminum in Potato Flour
This article systematically analyzes the technical difficulties in the determination of aluminum elements in potato flour,such as matrix effect,aluminum loss,and spectral line interference.The focus is on exploring the establishment of matrix matching calibration curves,optimization of microwave digestion conditions,and the application of multi element simultaneous determination technology.Research shows that by optimizing sample pretreatment methods,establishing matrix matching calibration curves,introducing internal standard calibration and chemometric methods,the interference caused by the complex matrix of potato flour can be effectively overcome,and the sensitivity and accuracy of aluminum element determination can be significantly improved.
