果蔬中农药残留荧光探针快速检测试剂性能评价

目的:评价果蔬中农药残留荧光探针快速检测试剂性能.方法:通过拟合标准曲线确定果蔬中农药残留荧光探针快速检测试剂的检测限,同时对试剂准确性、重复性、稳定性及仪器确证法结果一致性进行评价.结果:在 3.753~107.180 μg·kg-1,方法有良好的线性关系,检出限为 5.068 μg·kg-1,回收率在85.12%~95.47%.与仪器确证法结果比对,农药残留荧光探针快速检测方法的结果偏差在-1%~17%.结论:本文提供了一种准确、快速、便捷的果蔬中农药残留荧光探针快速检测方法.
Evaluation of Fluorescence Probe for Rapid Detection of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables
Objective:To evaluate the performance of fluorescent probe for rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Method:The detection limit of fluorescent probe reagent for rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables was determined by fitting standard curve,and the accuracy,repeatability,stability and consistency of the results of instrument confirmation method were evaluated.Result:In the range of 3.753~107.180 μg·kg-1,the method had a good linear relationship,and the detection limit was 5.068 μg·kg-1,and the recovery was 85.12%~95.47%.Compared with the results of the instrument confirmation method,the deviation of the results of the rapid detection of pesticide residues by fluorescence probe was-1%~17%.Conclusion:This paper provides an accurate,rapid and convenient fluorescence probe method for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
