摘要
斗式带式提升机是粮食行业中普遍应用的输送机械,以牵引皮带为牵引构件,主要动力装置为三相异步电动机、液力耦合器和减速机,其主要功能为将低处的物料输送至高处.随着设备使用年限的增加,设备工作效率逐年的下降.基于此,本文对斗式带式提升机设备部件进行了综合分析,通过加入变频器的方式,调整频率来实现提高斗式带式提升机工作效率的目的.
Abstract
Bucket belt elevator is a commonly used conveying machinery in the grain industry,using traction belts as traction components,the main power devices are three-phase asynchronous motors,hydraulic coupling,and reducers,the main function is to transport materials from low to high places.As the service life of the equipment increases,the working efficiency of the equipment decreases year by year.Based on this,this paper comprehensively analyzes the equipment components of the bucket belt elevator,and adjusts the frequency by adding the frequency converter to achieve the purpose of improving the work efficiency of the bucket belt elevator.
