本文分析了不同温度条件下稻谷脂肪酸值的变化规律,评估了当前用于控制稻谷脂肪酸值异常升高的方法,并提出未来稻谷储藏的优化策略,旨在推动稻谷储藏技术的发展.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the changing patterns of rice fatty acid values under different temperature conditions,evaluates the current methods used to control the abnormal increase of rice fatty acid values,and proposes optimization strategies for future rice storage,aiming to promote the development of rice storage technology.
