The detection of heavy metals lead and cadmium in food is the key link to ensure food safety.Electrochemical detection method shows significant advantages in the field of heavy metal detection in food because of its high sensitivity,rapidity and environmental protection.Based on this,this paper discusses the electrochemical detection methods of lead and cadmium in food,and expounds their application measures and application value in detail,in order to provide references for food safety detection.
