Quality Control and Detail Analysis of Food Inspection and Testing
This paper deeply discusses the quality control and details of food inspection and testing process,through the analysis of the current problems,such as the comprehensive quality of the staff is not high,the testing method is backward and the management system is not perfect,put forward the targeted improvement strategy.The importance of improving the quality of inspection and testing personnel,innovating inspection and testing technology,improving food inspection and testing system and improving market access mechanism was emphasized.The implementation of these strategies will effectively improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection and testing,so as to better protect the food safety and health of the public.
