摘要
本文以"食品理化检验与分析"课程为案例,提出并实施了"两融合三贯通"的教学策略,构建了"3-8-8"课程思政育人体系.并探讨了高等学校在课程思政教学方面的研究与实践,强调了思政课程与专业课程思政相结合的重要性.旨在提高食品检验检测专业课程的教学效果,促进专业教育与思政教育的协同发展,以达到培养学生全面发展的目标.
Abstract
Taking the course"Physical and Chemical Inspection and Analysis of Food"as an example,this paper puts forward and implements the teaching strategy of"two integration and three through"and constructs the ideological and political education system of"3-8-8"course.It also discusses the research and practice of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities,and emphasizes the importance of combining ideological and political courses with professional courses.It aims to improve the teaching effect of food inspection and testing courses,promote the coordinated development of professional education and ideological and political education,and achieve the goal of cultivating students'all-round development.
