摘要

在宋代,果树种植业得到了进一步的发展,水果产量和种类大增,水果及其加工品已成为宋人生活饮食和消遣零食的重要组成部分.宋代水果种植业脱离农业成为独立的生产部门,相应地,水果加工业也随之发展完善,水果加工水平取得了较大的进步.

Abstract

With the further development of fruit planting in Song Dynasty,fruit production and variety increased greatly,and fruit and its processed products became an important part of Song People's Daily diet and recreational snacks.The fruit planting industry in Song Dynasty was separated from agriculture and became an independent production sector.Accordingly,the fruit processing industry also developed and improved,and the fruit processing level made great progress.
