摘要

本文基于乡村振兴战略,主要分析了与"三农"密切相关的农产品深加工中烘焙实训室的建设前景,以及目前宝鸡职业技术学院存在的短板,提出了面向乡村人才振兴的烘焙实训室建设路径.

Abstract

Based on the rural revitalization strategy,this paper mainly analyzes the construction prospects of the bakery training room in the deep processing of agricultural products closely related to"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and the shortcomings of Baoji Vocational&Technical College at present,and puts forward the construction path of the bakery training room for the revitalization of rural talents.
