摘要

本文旨在探讨"岗课赛证融通"模式在中职烹饪专业人才培养中的应用与效果,通过解释该育人模式的内涵,分析中职烹饪专业教育现状,探索"岗课赛证"融通模式下中职烹饪专业人才培养策略以及实施岗课赛证育人模式面临的挑战,并提出进一步优化对策.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the application and effectiveness of the"integration of job positions,courses,competitions,and certificates"model in the talent cultivation of secondary vocational culinary majors.By explaining the connotation of this education model,analyzing the current state of culinary education in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores the talent cultivation strategies for secondary vocational culinary majors under the integrated model of"job positions,courses,competitions,and certificates."Additionally,it addresses the challenges faced in implementing this education model and proposes further optimization strategies.
