摘要
当前,食品安全问题受到全球的广泛关注,农产品中农药残留检测需求不断增加,准确、快速、高灵敏检测农产品中农药残留成为大众关注的重点问题.液相色谱质谱技术在农产品农药残留检测中的创新应用,可实现对复杂基质中痕量农药残留的快速、准确检测,为食品安全提供有力的技术支撑.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for global food safety,the accurate,rapid and highly sensitive detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products has become a key issue of public concern.The innovative application of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry technology in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products can realize the rapid and accurate detection of trace pesticide residues in complex substrates,and provide strong technical support for food safety.
