产教融合背景下营养配餐课程教学模式的创新研究

摘要
随着健康中国战略的推进和国民营养健康意识的提高,营养配餐作为连接食品产业与公共健康的重要环节,其教育和人才培养模式亟待创新.产教融合作为一种新型的教育模式,为营养配餐课程教学模式的创新提供了契机.本研究旨在探讨在产教融合的背景下,如何构建和优化营养配餐课程的教学模式,以培养适应现代饮食产业发展的高素质专业人才.
Abstract
With the promotion of the Healthy China strategy and the increasing national awareness of nutrition and health,nutrition catering,as a crucial link between the food industry and public health,requires innovation in its education and personnel training model.The integration of production and education,as a new educational model,presents an opportunity for innovating the teaching approach of nutrition catering courses.The aim of this study is to explore how to construct and optimize the teaching mode for nutrition catering courses under production-education integration in order to cultivate high-quality professionals who can adapt to modern developments within the catering industry.
