With the promotion of the Healthy China strategy and the increasing national awareness of nutrition and health,nutrition catering,as a crucial link between the food industry and public health,requires innovation in its education and personnel training model.The integration of production and education,as a new educational model,presents an opportunity for innovating the teaching approach of nutrition catering courses.The aim of this study is to explore how to construct and optimize the teaching mode for nutrition catering courses under production-education integration in order to cultivate high-quality professionals who can adapt to modern developments within the catering industry.
