摘要
碳点荧光探针是一种新型的纳米材料,具有发光强度高、生物相容性好和稳定性高等优点.碳点荧光探针的合成方法包括物理法和化学法等.在食品安全检测领域中碳点荧光探针的应用包括对食品中有害成分的检测、食品质量评价与鉴别、食品中微生物和污染物的检测等.基于此,本文对碳点荧光探针的合成及其在食品安全检测中的应用进行研究,以供参考.
Abstract
Carbon dot fluorescence probe is a new kind of nanomaterial,which has the advantages of high luminous intensity,good biocompatibility and high stability.The synthesis methods of carbon point fluorescent probe include physical method and chemical method.In the field of food safety detection,the application of carbon fluorescent probes includes the detection of harmful ingredients in food,food quality evaluation and identification,and the detection of microorganisms and pollutants in food.Based on this,the synthesis and application of carbon point fluorescence probe in food safety detection were studied in this paper for reference.
