The rapid detection technology for food safety plays an irreplaceable role in the detection of foodborne pathogens due to its high efficiency,convenience,and accuracy.This article aims to outline the application of rapid food safety detection technology in the detection of foodborne pathogens,in order to provide more powerful technical support and guarantee for food safety supervision.
