新工科背景下基于OBE模式的食品营养专业食品卫生与安全学混合式教学研究

摘要
新工科背景下基于OBE工程教育理念,结合现代教学技术特别是超星、雨课堂等新的教学载体的应用,将传统教育教学模式与新平台线上混合教学进行有效衔接,持续改进教学方式,并结合MOOC、案例教学视频等完善线上教学资源,设计自学任务模块,以学生为中心提高学生主观能动性,优化了教学内容,对过程性考核和考试方式的多样化提供了支撑.
Abstract
Under the background of new engineering,based on the concept of OBE engineering education,combined with the application of modern teaching technology,especially new teaching carriers such as superstars and rain classes,the traditional teaching mode is effectively connected with the new platform online mixed teaching,the teaching methods are continuously improved,the online teaching resources are improved by combining MOOC and case teaching videos,the self-study task module is designed,the students'subjective initiative is improved,the teaching content is optimized,and the diversification of process assessment and examination methods is supported.
