Science and education integration is a new requirement and realistic path for the reform of China's higher vocational colleges in the new stage of development.Taking the teaching practice of the"biological separation and purification technology"course as an example,this article explores and practices the reform and innovation from the aspects of teaching content,teaching organization,practical training teaching,curriculum evaluation and construction,etc.,and effectively improves students'innovative thinking and ability,so as to provide reference for the training of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
