Abstract
By analyzing the application characteristics of biotechnology in food safety inspection and the classification of biotechnology,this article elaborates on the specific application and future development direction of biotechnology in food safety inspection,in order to provide reference for Chinese food safety testing work and comprehensively guarantee food safety.
