Xinhui Tangerine peel is a well-known medicinal and food source in Xinhui area of Guangdong Province,the storage method of Xinhui Tangerine peel can affect its medicinal and food quality in the plum rain season in South China.This paper discusses the common storage methods of Xinhui Tangerine peel in the plum rain season in South China for reference.
