本文从快速检测技术的核心特点及其技术优势入手,对其在食品安全监管中的应用进行了全面分析.同时探讨了快速检测技术高效运用的必要条件,旨在为相关机构的决策提供相应的参考性建议.
Abstract
This paper starts with the core characteristics and technical advantages of rapid detection technology,and makes a comprehensive analysis of its application in food safety supervision.At the same time,the necessary conditions of efficient application of rapid detection technology are discussed,aiming at providing corresponding reference suggestions for the decision-making of relevant institutions.
