摘要
食品安全已经成为无国界的话题.我国正处于实现食品安全治理现代化的进程中,借鉴发达国家食品安全治理的成功经验,完善从农田到餐桌的法律体系,建立大数据与人工智能结合的智慧监管体制,形成行之有效的食品安全管理制度,有利于全面提升我国食品安全治理水平.
Abstract
Food safety has become a topic without borders.China is in the process of realizing the modernization of food safety governance,learning from the successful experience of food safety governance in developed countries,perfecting the complete legal system from farmland to table,establishing a smart regulatory system combining big data and artificial intelligence,and forming an effective food safety management system,which is conducive to comprehensively improve the level of food safety governance in China.
